Cardholder display update pushed by the terminal while a purchase is running (for example "insert card", "processing"), delivered to Terminal.Builder.onDisplayContent - independent of TerminalState/Terminal.Builder.onStateChanged, which only ever tracks connection/shift lifecycle, never per-transaction display updates.
